What I Offer

Each offering is thoughtfully designed to create space for grounding, presence, restoration, and deeper connection through movement, breath, and sound.

  • One-on-one sessions tailored to your goals, experience level, and body. These sessions may focus on mobility, strength, nervous system regulation, breathwork, restorative yoga, or mindful movement. Improve posture, strength, flexibility, and inner steadiness.

    60 min — $90

    75 min — $115

  • Immersive gong, bowls, chimes, and a plethora of vibrational instruments designed to calm the mind and regulate the nervous system. All designed to promote relaxation, presence, and restoration.

    60 min — $111

  • Begin with intentional movement and breath, then descend into a restorative sound immersion. Movement + guided reset + sound savasana

    75 min — $125

  • Immersive gong, bowls, chimes, and a plethora of vibrational instruments designed to calm the mind and regulate the nervous system. Additionally some mindful grounding practices. All designed to promote relaxation, presence, and restoration.
